Loftus & Loftus, Ltd. is family-owned legal firm helping the people of the Chicagoland area for over 30 years. As a small local business, we pride ourselves on delivering quality legal service to all of our clients. Founded upon the principles of hard-work, integrity, loyalty, and care we are here to work for you. We believe in providing fair and reasonable costs to our clients and deliver quality services. 

Colleen Loftus has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1982 when she graduated from The John Marshall Law School with highest distinction. She has been associated with the firm of Loftus & Loftus since 1985, when she joined her father, John P. Loftus.

From 1990-2006 she was the owner and managing partner in the firm. Colleen's expertise includes representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in mechanic lien disputes as both plaintiffs and defendants. She has successfully tried and litigated both mechanic lien claims and other general construction related issues. She is licensed to litigate at both the state and federal 
levels.

In addition to running a successful office, Colleen also is actively involved in her community. She helped to sucessfully start and raise over one million dollars for her parish school endowment fund. Colleen also participated as a member in her school board, parish guild and sits as a member on a corporate board for education.

Collen is a single mother raising four children in Park Ridge, Illinois.

Roseanne graduated from the University of Illinois in 1990. In 1993, she received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. Roseanne joined her sister, Colleen, in 1998 and is a managing partner. 

Rose focuses her practice on construction matters, mechanic lien issues, contract negotiations, and real estate transactions. She has been an active participant in the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association, where she served as a executive member and spear headed numerous pro bono seminars for senior citizens and high school students. She has also provided legal services for the Pro Bono Center for Disability and Elder Law in Chicago.

Rose is also very active in her community. An active member and officer of the non-profit LIFT, she is working towards providing education to children in need in India.
